Questions/concerns about IA positions in Physics should be directed to Dawn Love.
TA positions are reserved for physics graduate students. In addition to filling out the online application, please fill out the scheduling grid and submit it to Dawn Love.
Tutor positions are available to graduate students from all departments. Tutor positions are capped at 20% (8 hours per week, not to exceed 88 hours for the quarter) and do not qualify for tuition/fee remission. In addition to filling out the online application, please fill out the scheduling grid and submit it to Dawn Love.
Reader positions are available to graduate students from all departments. Reader positions are capped at 20% (8 hours per week, not to exceed 88 hours for the quarter) and do not qualify for tuition/fee remission. The availability grid is not required for Reader positions.
Undergraduate Students
Fall 2024 applications for Physics Instructional Assistant (IA) positions are open until September 1.

2nd year (or above) Physics or Engineering majors with at least a 3.3 GPA who are interested in serving as a Tutor for the PHYS 2 Lecture series should apply. In addition to filling out the online application, please fill out the scheduling grid and submit it to Dawn Love.
