Meeting Room Guidelines
Please help us keep our meeting rooms clean, functional, and ready for the next user by following these guidelines:

Return chairs, tables, and equipment to their original setup.

Erase whiteboards and clean writing surfaces.

Remove personal items and trash.

Clean up food, drinks, and spills.
-
Turn off or log out of all equipment.

Report any issues to your booking contact.

Undergraduate (UG) Student Clubs
For undergraduate student club reservations, please contact Toni Moore with the required information as shown in the Department Handbook.
Class-Related Activities
For class-related activities, please email Toni Moore with the required information as shown at the link based on your request type:
Seminars, Colloquia, and Events
For seminar, colloquium, or other event reservations that are not related to recruitment, please email Grace McDonald for room booking and setup coordination.
All Other Meeting Requests
For any other meeting reservations not covered above, please email your Faculty Assistant for assistance with room booking.
