Demonstration Equipment Policy

Please submit demo orders by 3 PM of the day before they're required. Please indicate if familiarization is needed.
Demo orders are first come, first served. Scheduling conflicts do arise!
Some equipment is not available at all locations. Staff does not setup equipment outside of Warren Lecture Halls locations.
Some equipment is available for "self-serve", for those having lectures at non-WLH locations.
Staff generally does not perform demos.
Demos will be left ready for pick-up in the demo room, Warren 2015. Please obtain your key (to keep) from Edna Aragon.
